Health Tips
The first advice regarding health that the ECMS wants to give is " It's the lifestyle!" In short, we all need to practice the following four principles of healthy living: Good Food, Good Exercise, Be Calm, Be Kind.
If we follow these principles, our risks for poor health will be much less. Put more fruits and vegetables in your diet, at least five servings a day. Cut down on animal products and move to a more plant based diet. Stop smoking and moderate drinking. Get at least 3 sessions of good exercise three times a week, after your doctor states you are fit enough to do so. Let go of anger, it only hurts your health. Finally, move away from hostility, as it increases your risks of getting sick.
